Antique Gold Pearl 7mm Sealing Wax Sticks
Our Sealing wax is hand made in our workshop in the UK - perfect for all wax sealing and stamping projects.
These sticks are designed to be used with a glue gun for easy and mess-free application. Easy to use with no black soot residue, as with wick sealing wax.
Choose from any of our 60+ handmade colours. -Our wax is flexible for a higher chance of surviving the postal system,
Our sticks can be easily cut into beads with scissors to be used in the traditional way with a spoon and candle / spirit burner.
Please note, our sticks do not fit into "Hobbycraft" or "Gogonova" brand glue guns but work well with most other glue guns.
Stick size 8mm diameter x 105mm long, For use with a hot melt 7mm mini glue gun. We recommend using a hot melt glue gun with our wax sticks.
Each stick will do approximately 2 -4 impressions depending on the size of your seal.
As sealing wax does contain strong pigments, we recommend you test your project for colour fastness.
Although we do our best to photograph the colour, we do suggest you test the colour for your suitability and taste prior to purchasing a large quantity of wax.
As this product is handmade, there may be a shade variation between batches.

I ordered gold glue gun wax for my wedding invitations. They arrived much quicker than I was expecting. They were packaged well so they weren't damaged. And they have added a lovely personalized touched to the invitations.

Really happy with the wax stamp and glue gun sealing wax. It was a gift for my daughter to use on her wedding invitations. Perfect for the job in hand, was very easy to use and they look great! Would highly recommend both products and the company, great customer service.

Easy to use; flexible when cold, crystal clear colours

This was the first time I’ve used this type of sealing wax, and a hot melt glue gun, so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. It turned out to be far easier, cleaner, quicker and safer than the traditional ‘burning candle’ sealing wax. The colours remain clear, with no black burnt bits. What’s more, once the wax has cooled, it remains flexible, and doesn’t crack and crumble like old-fashioned sealing wax. For those who, like me, haven’t used this type of sealing wax before, it really is easy. Simply switch on your glue gun (there are several available for less than £10), let it warm for a minute or so, then slide the sealing wax rod into the rear of the barrel, pull the trigger and off you go. Keep pushing the rod gently while squeezing the trigger, and the gun produces a steady stream of molten sealing wax - rather like using an icing syringe. When your puddle of wax is big enough, stop and press your stamp gently but firmly into the wax, then lift it up again. That's it. Two suggestions: 1) Stand your stamp in cold water (or on an ice cube) to stop it sticking to the wax. 2) Buy yourself a piece of 6mm or 7mm dowelling to use as a ‘pusher’ (Craftmill sell a pack of 3 x 20cm 6mm dowels for £2.99, post paid, on Amazon). Without that, you’ll find yourself using one stick of wax to push another, which is OK so long as they’re both the same colour.
